Collaborating with Aidan Mayes on Love was more than just an artistic endeavor—it was a profound creative exchange, a meeting of music and illustration where every lyric found its visual echo.
This album is a lyrical masterpiece, a celebration of self-love and the courage to step into one’s power. Through a series of illustrations, I sought to capture the essence of Aidan’s songs, the fantasy of embracing oneself fully, the tender release of what no longer serves, and the fearless march into a new phase of life.
Each piece in this collection embodies the joy, strength, and radiance of self-discovery, mirroring the way Love encourages its listeners to become warriors of their own journey. Aidan’s music moved me deeply as an artist, and translating her words into visual storytelling was a gift, one that reminds us all of the beauty in our own unfolding transformation.

When Aiden entrusted me with the artwork for this album, I knew I wanted to create illustrations that not only reflected the music but embodied its essence—bold, radiant, and deeply personal.
For this project, I crafted a series of visuals that bring each song to life, capturing the emotions woven into Aidan’s words. From ethereal dreamscapes of self-acceptance to striking portraits of resilience and rebirth, every illustration serves as a visual echo of the music, a reminder of the power we hold within ourselves to rewrite our own narrative.
